Welcome to First Derm, a trusted online dermatology service. We provide fast, accurate, and anonymous consultations for all of your skin concerns. With First Derm, you can say goodbye to the inconvenience of traditional in-person dermatology appointments.

Our app has successfully reviewed over 100,000 cases and is supported by board-certified dermatologists with extensive training and experience.

First Derm quickly connects you with a dermatologist who can assess whether that spot or rash should be a cause for concern. Simply take a picture of your skin, complete the form, and send it to our team of board-certified dermatologists. Rest assured that your information will always remain anonymous and secure. A dermatologist will respond with a likely condition and instructions for next steps.

Our consultations start at $29.95 (€25/£20).

Getting started is easy:

 <li>Download the free app – no registration needed, ensuring your anonymity.</li>
 <li>Take two clear photos of the affected area and fill out a short medical intake form.</li>
 <li>Choose your desired response time (8 hrs, 24 hrs, or 48 hrs) and pay the corresponding case fee.</li>
 <li>Note down your unique 8-digit case number to access your results.</li>
</ol>

On average, over 70% of cases submitted to First Derm can be treated with over-the-counter medication, potentially saving unnecessary visits to doctors.

In more serious cases, our dermatologists may recommend an in-person consultation with a local dermatologist to expedite treatment.

In addition to our online dermatology services, First Derm also features tools to locate dermatologists, pediatricians, or pharmacies near you. Furthermore, our users typically receive a dermatologist's response two weeks faster than the US average of 32 days.
